    Default Provide me with more information about this game

    Is there a difference between these two games?

    - Metal Gear Solid (U)
    - Metal Gear Solid - Integral (J)

    for Playstation.

    The integral is based off the U.S. version. It has some added content like pocketstation. I don't know if the U.S. version could do that. It came with a VR disc in Japan where as the U.S. had it as a stand alone VR missions. There is a first person view in integral and a few minor additions that I believe were not in the U.S. version. I think if you were to only play one version you go with Integral. It has English voice acting with Japanese text.
