That... Is kinda messed up. Over here I would go to get your copy myself using my gas off the clock to make sure you got what was yours. If that isn't a viable option (more than 20 miles) I will get it shipped in and call you personally, THEN take money off of the game for your trouble. We still don't know what happened there. I didn't put much money down on the game and it's how I eventually discovered the NISA online store (who I have ordered from directly ever since) so it all worked out for the most part.

I bought Ratchet And Clank Crack in Time for PS3 and when i got home there was no disk in the case, i called the store and they said they forgot to put the disk in so i brought it back and he gave me the disk. i didnt complain because i only paid $5 for it , but i dont know why a new game should be opened anyways.

I don't get games from gamestop. I usually get games from a website or local game stores. One of them unfortunately has idiots working there, so I stopped going. A girl that works there didn't know what a famicom is.. sigh. She also said that handheld consoles (like the ds or Psp) aren't region free. They are, she argued with me and I just left.Idiots.
