What is your specs? emulator settings?

This game is very demanding on Dolphin, having less than what has been recommended will only lead to slowdown while playing..

Are you talking about the system specs? The emulator settings are the recommended ones.

Your computer specs, OS, CPU, GPU, etc. etc.

Recommended ones? from Dolphin's official site?

    The computer specs are: i3-2310M
    4 GB Memory
500 GB Hard Drive Memory (But I used like half of it now)
    Windows 7
That's all I know about the computer specs. I was talking about the recommended settings from the Dolphin website.

What is the CPU and GPU? Is it 2+Ghz with Intel HD Graphics?
To be sure, run dxdiag, and copy paste the information here.

This game need a good specs to run with, if yours only have what I had mentioned ^, then no, you won't be able get stable speed at all time, and it will get even slower as you progress more into the game.
Also, check if you have any background programs working while running the emulator, if there any, then turn them off.

Ok, extremly sorry for all of that, I actually found that the cheats were enabled and when I de-activated them, it started working again, but now it gets a problem that pops up mid-game and can't continue.
