I guess I'm not the only one that's excited about the Hobbit movie. I want to see it in the theater, but it costs so much. The last time I went I paid more for my snacks then the ticket. Where I live there are only two also, so not much choice on where to go. I might just sneak popcorn and snacks in, and hope I don't get caught.

I don't unless I have to. My friend refused to believe me when I told him we should get to the theater early for Star Trek.

Gah, never sit in the front rows. Also, screw opening weekends/weeks. I usually go 2 weeks after something releases and can sit wherever I like with as many people I go along with.

Anyways, I'm really looking forward to The Hobbit. But isn't it going to be 2 movies? Because Jackson watched Deathly Hallows and went $_$

It was more about your spelling as opposed to what you said.

Well, damn. Two movies! If there are two movies, then nothing from the book should be left out. It least I hope nothing is left out. As long as the others were, a lot was left out. I was upset because The Two Towers movie ended in the middle of the story. I'm still going to watch it regardless, so I guess I should stop complaining.

The Extended ones were a bit better. Still it was definitely made for a broader audience. As much as I would have loved for them to be 5 hour movies I don't think that would have worked out too well.

Supposedly after Deathly Hallows Jackson lamented the fact that he didn't think of splitting up LOTR, because he would've loved to have made twice as much as he did

Wow. Peter Jackson's greedy. Didn't he take enough of our money already? Damn. I guess he's no different than George Lucas releasing Star Wars to squeeze more money out of his fans. Wow.

Not really. Too much of a Game of Thrones fanboy to care about something like this.

Hey, at least I'm honest about my obvious bias!
