Brush it off everybody. The site will not be removed even if we can't get Nintendo or any roms back. I still consider us to be a gaming site that encompasses all parts of gaming and I think emulation is a large part of it.

The site could survive without roms... I know that magus could gather up some people, me included, and transform the site into just a huge game information site.. ex. gamespot, ign. If masj couldnt put roms on the site anymore.

Id like to see them go out and pay for all those games i mean geez some ppl just cant find good games like Star Ocean 2 or BOF3 in certain places like here anyway i hate damn IDSA and i like frogs idea about the game info site.

damn this sucks. I thought that there was a disclaimer up on the roms section. Thats states if you download a rom that it is for backup purposes and should be deleted within 24 hours if you dont have the original. Wouldnt that at least save emuparadise on some legal issues? Im glad that emuparadise is not going down. This is a great site and i love kicking it here when im bored or at work.
