can i use chankast without a video card?

Go to the start/windows menu type in the search bar dxdiag run the program post the results of the display tab that should tell us what your integrated video is then we will be able to tell you something about whether you can run it or not.

I would look at a different emulator for saturn chankast has some pretty high system requirements

A: In order to be able to use Chankast your PC must meet the following requirements:

Intel Pentium 4, AMD Athlon XP or any other processor that supports SSE (2 Ghz or faster recommended)
ATI Radeon or Nvidia GeForce video card (or any other card that supports hardware T&L)
DirectX 9b
Windows XP, 2003 or 2K (other Windows versions will not work)

in comparison to something like SSF's system requirments

In any case you will need the saturn bios files

and daemon tools to get it to run.

make sure when installing daemon tools to install the SPDT enhanced emulation feature.

if you have any trouble with SSF you can try looking at Zorlons troubleshooter.
