    All so true.

My cousin is like that. I'll go to his house and put all 50 something of his 360 games in the right case, and even alphabetize them on his shelf.

Go back 2 days later, can't even find the game I wan to play.

Legality and EULA is an oxymoron as it is. Please state your thoughts on the thread instead of just pointing out stuff that doesn't matter.

Exactly. I remember the summer I didn't have a bike because I left it in the driveway. Luckily my birthday is in the winter so I got to look at my useless new bike sit around the house for a couple of months.

The illegality of it has nothing to do with the EULA and everything to do with the fact that circumventing any form of copy protection is outright illegal under western copyright law.

But it's not like the police are going to come and slap cuffs on you for having some back-ups of some Dreamcast or PS2 games.

So, are you never going to state your thoughts on physical vs. digital then?

Assuming the topic hasn't changed during the 4 pages...

Myself I prefer to have them physically. Whenever I can, I play on real hardware, and whenever I find good original games at a reasonable price, I buy them (which doesn't happen often).

I don't like paying for something I can't resell. Or touch.

Talk about that, I really dislike the idea behind OnLive.

    This.

And physical! All the way, man! Playing Mario on the computer? Eh. Blowing on a NES cartridge three times until it finally works? I get a sense of achievement before I even start playing! Lol

The single greatest annoyance in gaming history.
    Number 2: Power/ISP failure.
