    Question Pcsx2 help

This is my first time trying to use this emulator and so far it works (tested using ps1 games) so i have a few questions.

What's better Full or Fast mode?

Is their any particular configurations needed before i can play my games for example Soul Calibur 2?

What files names will i be looking for when i unzip the games and which ones do i not need?

    Any cpu requirements needed?

Some games need special configurations to work. Some will work better if you use particular configs (such as speed hacks) that are not advised for other games. You can search the internet to find recommended configs for each game. (You can usually find them in PCSX2's own forums.

You have to look for an image file. I know ISO works with PCSX2, other probably do as well. You can convert image formats, so don't worry about it.

Full mode doesn't affect the emulation performance or require you to have a good PC, it behave the same way like the Fast mode, except it load the BIOS at start(like the actual console), and sometimes required to run games that have copy protection.

By using something like Ultra ISO or ISO Buster. Most people just upload ISOs.
