These kind of places makes me wish I lived in Tokyo sometimes. The lighting in the place looks really cool.
The Resident Evil brain dish is a nice touch. But most of the menu items don't scream
the series they represent to me. Like that onion ring tower for Gyakuten Saiban.
I don't remember any character that had a love for onion rings.
Do they have people dressed as character at this bar? I didn't see anything about that on the website.
