He sees you when you're sleeping... except when he's sleeping. Which is about 17 hours a day.

Like Greenland. Surprisingly lacking in shrubbery.
'Oh? You thought this place was called Greenland as an indicator of it's geography and climate? Haha! Sorry, but no. Enjoy your month long voyage back to wherever the hell you came from.'

I feel like cats can see you even when they're asleep somehow.

Yeah, cats sure do love to sleep. ^^

I have a younger one that will just zip around the house for a good 30 minutes or so and then just be wasted for hours. <3

    Do it.

I just take in a kitten every now and then when the cats that roam around this area have kittens. I leave food out for the roving cats so it's win/win.

Well, it was less of adopt and more like almost spent $200 on an adorable kitten from the crazy cat ladies that run a rescue shelter out of their house and sell the cats they find at the local pet store on the weekends. Still, he was really loving. I kind of regret not just doing it. No doubt he's found a home by now.

There aren't many cats in my neighborhood anymore sadly. There used to be, but I live near mountains/desert, so the coyotes will run through the neighborhoods at night and look for them. And owls. I've lost a couple cats to them growing up. :/

    Ah no fun.

And coyotes...we get a few of those here but they are not prevalent at all. Knew someone online that lived very close to a NP in Arizona and had to deal with them on a daily basis.

Now I need to backup all the shit I've downloaded for the last couple of days.

Between SSF4AE, ME2 and Just Cause 2, it's gonna be a pain in the ass to redownload everything.

Oh yeah, sounds like where I live. I've lost count of how many I've seen. I've been about 8 feet away from one before, they're pretty cowardly. Although, I've never seen more than 2 together at once, so in a group I imagine they could fucking kill me. But yeah, they just kinda scavenge around and try and kill rabbits and stuff when they journey in the civilized areas. You can always hear packs of them howling at night too. I think I love that sound more than any other sound in the world for some strange reason.
