Ps2 emulator help please

So this past weekend I have been getting my Windows 7 64-bit operating system, game ready to play some vintage PS2 emulator games. I have a quick problem, I have my game pad and PCSX2 is properly installed. I have downloaded 007 Nightfire as well as SOCCOM 3 and whenever I extract the zip files, (winzip or 7zip) there is no files in the folder that was extracted. The sizes are still huge, 900+ MB per part. How can I get access to play my games? I really want this to work.

did you download your games from this site.

did you download each part of the game? how did you download them also are you extracting the 1st part of the game or are you trying to do it individually?
EDIT: also no one here i know uploads parts in more than 200-300 mb parts due to restrictions that most file sharers impose

i'll give an example, on this site 007 nightfire has 2 parts: Part 1 consists of a zip file that is approx: 900MB and part 2 is approx: 600MB, I download in Firefox, open in either winzip or 7zip, attempt to extract the folders, and no files appear. however, the zip folders are still huge in size.

Are there any errors when you try to extract the files?

and a screenshots perhaps? so we can get better idea of what exactly happen on this problem of yours.
