i cant enter any forms and can see anyting it's says

sorry to bother but in the main page i see evey thing but u know that there is a blue bubble in the corner well every one of them are with a lock on it and i cant accese to any of those parts like :

I've checked your account and it's activated, you shouldn't have any problem accessing those sections (the lock means you can't create threads, but none except the staff members can). The only sections you can't access are the ones that require a certain post count (Wii/PS3/Wii).
