You will need a decent sized SD (recommended 8gb) card formatted to fat32 and a usb or HDD formatted to fat32, and an retail GC game or Wii Game.
Most games i have tried work fine, but it is recommended you have use boot2.

This DOES work and it is awesome.

1.) Unzip the files onto your Computer

2.) Prepare your SD Card and USB Hdd with EASEUS Partition Master (both need to be formatted to FAT32 64KB cluster size, both need to be set to primary and active).

3.) Move the files from the SD Card folder on you SD Card(NGC games need to be placed in the "games folder" on SD Card.

4.) Move the files from the USB Hdd folder on your USB Hdd(Wii games need to be placed in the "games folder" on your USB Hdd(NOTE: At least one Wii game must be in the "games folder" on your USB Hdd to get SNEEK+DI working.

5.) Power On wii without the sd card in and press A at the health screen.

6.) Insert SD Card in your Wii.

    7.) Insert usb or hdd.

8.) Enter HBC start Modmii and wait 5-10 mins until health screen starts.

9.) Press 1 on your Wii Remote to get SNEEK menu on your screen, select your game and press A(make sure that the games region matches the SNEEK game region).

10.) Start the game via Disc Channel(make sure that a original Wii or NGC game is inserted).

    11.) ?

    12.) Enjoy

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
To get games working with SNEEK/DML you need to use DiscEx to convert the .ISO or .GCM into the correct file system.

To do so just download DiscEx and simply drag and drop the .ISO/.GCM onto the DiscEx application.

I did not create this guide i just modified it.
