lock up problem with custom robo!

ok so i am new here and the only reason i joined was because i am having a problem with custom robo. i am using dolphin v3.0 and the game ISO is downloaded from this website any way.

the issue im having is at a curtain part of the game. the problem happens at 3:24 in this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Oc3G6Q4y3o when it goes to that fade pan of the camera it just locks up right there. i have messed with the graphics on my emulator and i have tried re-extracting the game ISO from the rar archive none of this has worked. i am thinking the ISO itself is bugged because i was also having audio errors through out the game and its locked up in other random places, but i was always able to get past them on the second try of running it. this one is not the same it does it every time i run it no matter what graphics backed im running or what i do with the ISO.

any way help would be much appreciated

"Certain parts of the game tend to crash (i.e. the part near the end with the twins). This can be fixed by disabling "Enable Dual Core" and "Enable Idle Skipping" under Options->Configure->General and enabling "Skip EFB Access from CPU" under Options->Graphics->Hacks." <--- Maybe this?
