can you tell me how can i create SPC sound tracks ? and NFS sound tracks as well if you can

While playing a game in ZSNES, hit F1 and then select save music to file. Simple as that!
Similar procedure for Nesten.

so the SPC file is ok now
But now i'm wondering how can i make Nes music, Gameboy music and Genesis

i'm using FCE ULTRA for NES and i dont know how to make NSF sound track (the help file included didn't help)
