Apparently, my login issues were due to Chrome.
Switched to FF and logged in no problem.

    I'm trying it right now.

So I played a few demos, but the video quality was horrendous.
I'm not sure if its my internet connection, or the fact that I use wireless.

I really like the whole idea of OnLive, I can instantly try gamess I want before I download torrent purchase them.
Which is something important for me. I tend to not like a lot of games I play.

Yeah, I'm liking the whole "play a game instantly" aspect of it. For now I'm probably just going to use to play the free trials of games that don't have official demos on PC - and I hate downloading demos. Plus, I already own quite a few games on their service on Steam.

Oh, and you brought up the 360 pad support in my thread. I knew about that, although I don't actually have one. I have a PS2 pad connected to my PC at all times, although I'm not sure if that's supported. Never really bothered to try it, since I'm fine with a keyboard.

There's some threads about using PS3 controllers over at http://onlivefans.com/forum.php, but I don't know about PS2...

I watched you playing Darksiders. It looked perfect on my end.

It didn't look that bad on my end. Then again, it depends on your definition of horrendous, I guess.

I took some screenshots while playing FEAR3. Sure, it's no 1080p but it looks decent enough, I think.

    That does look pretty good.

I play in 1080i on the MicroConsole on my TV. It really doesn't matter to me after about 720...or whatever the 700-ish rez is. All looks the same to me.

    Yeah I noticed.
That's one thing i don't like, people being able to watch me play.
It makes me feel like i have to perform, and not look like a total n00b.

It looks nothing like that for me.

I jumped to my death like a complete retard in Forgotten Sands seconds after someone started spectating me. Don't worry about it too much. Shit happens.

I get the occasional jeer in Mafia II when I'm flying down the road and Strongbad a tree

Now if I could afford to BUY these games, i'd be set.

I think my favorite part of this whole thing is, I can run new games on my shitty laptop.

Idk all the details on how the service works, but I assume no rendering is actually done on my side.
