Not sure if this was the proper place for this but I just wanted to Let everyone know the DS Lite is no longer being produced so you better get one if you want one.

seems so,

one of the only reasons I care so much about the DS lite is it has NO FIRMWARE UPDATES, so nintendo can block flashcards.

It wasn't dead before? But yeah I'd think so, since most stores don't sell it and the DS Lite was the last system with backwards compatibility for it.

Same here, I also got the Zelda edition DS but having a extra DS Lite aint gonna hurt either

im not into the need of a new one. just one that works and isnt in bad shape. i.e. no huge or noticable scratches on the screen.
