    Talking problem with FFX-2 emulation

    hello guys!
First of all, I've been an emuparadise.org fan for years now, and recently I thought of reviving those games for PS2 I loved so much, yet are so damaged to play again!

I have the latest version of PCSX2 0.9.8 with default plugins and the BIOS and everything. When I loaded the ISO for FFX-2 it came up just wonderful, I almost wet my pants of excitement. However, said excitement went away when I noticed that during the intro cinematic, frames were skipping on/off like if it was sort of like an old movie and the sound quality was HORRIBLE. Anybody can help me with this? Is this something I have to manually configure? Or is this the curse of playing a PS2 game on a computer?

If needed, my system reqs are:

    Intel Dual Core 3.1Ghz
    Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT
    6 gbs of RAM

Up to where I see it, for me, Hardware doesn't seem to be an issue.

    Thanks!

I have no experience with running PCSX myself, but the compatibility list does say that you should be able to run it using 0.9.7. Maybe it would be worth giving it a try.
