I've been searching everywhere for it and the name was in the "A Complete List of Every PSX Game and Demo Ever Made" thread. It has 3 discs.

sorry, i can't find it. I checked my regular places but nothing. google only brings up 1 page of search results for this game

I found some chinese forum post that lists the game as being at S.O.R.
I cannot confirm it though.

EDIT: that list happens to be the "Missing Japanese Title list"
