I can uncompress the 7z files, but it uncompresses into another 7z file and this one says it cannot open or is corrupt when I try to use another program (WinRAR)....

Downloads Fine!!
Use (Hj-Split 3.0) to join the files to a single 7z file then use winrar to extract Make sure you use His password "ThePie" (Just copy what is between quotes)
Checked with Dolphin Emulator and all works Fine
Not sure what to do with the G-G.dlc though lol

That's just a container with the download links, if you open the dlc file with Jdownloader it will download the files for you.
