Also, on the topic of HCU: if you're waiting for the sale opt to spend the saved cash on Sayuri. Completely alters the game and is awesome. And fairly priced for what she offers. I always said contra could be improved by playable sword wielding ninjas.

(She's also absurdly overpowered and makes the game pretty hilarious (S RANKS EVERYWHERE), but that's another story)

I just hope it's not as overfilled with expensive DLC like Castlevania.

I just hope it's not as overfilled with expensive DLC like Castlevania.

It's a fully featured contra game for 15 dollars. Actually, it has more content than a lot of the 40-50 dollar contra games (fuck yes, rising mode. AND NETPLAY! Finally.)

The DLC so far consists of 3 additional characters (who have their own storylines plus animated endings). Decent enough content for like 2.50 each.
