changed my avatar and went back to the original on my sig. maybe that will take care of the blur and bad crop I had before.

Not really. 2/5 for the avvie's odd asymmetric border, and 1/5 for the signature's fuzz and what looks like a bit of artifact issues (though that could just be the blur jumbling the text). I can't even see what's in the sig, or at least, not very well.

wish I could do avatars better or get some one to do one for me any way went and got original sig from the artworks avatar and sig request and re-sized it again looks a lot better know in my opinion going to post for an avatar in the same thread.
