Default Tomb Raider ISO won't load

OK, I downloaded a Tomb Raider ISO for ePSXe. All it was were a bunch of ape files and an ecm file. I tried playing this on ePSXe as it was, creating an ISO with PowerISO and all the files in it, and both failed. I already downloaded ECM Tools and PakkISO, and I tried to run both of those, but all it gave me was a command line that disappeared instantly. Can anyone help?

drag and drop the ECM file into unECM.exe and wait until it finishes

Ok, I still have a problem. Whenever I do load Tomb Raider, both ePSXe and pSX do not load the game. Rather, when I start the game and start the game, I rather just get a black screen. Any reason why this happens?

Get Daemon Tools. Mount the game in Daemon Tools, configure ePSXe cdrom plugin to use the virtual drive created by daemon tools, mount your .iso or .cue, then in ePSXe select Run CDROM instead of Run ISO. I needed Daemon Tools to run Tomb Raider: Last Revelation or whatever that was.

You mean the ISO that was converted by PakkISO or mount everything (including the tracks).
