It's encrypted with a password yes, so you have to enter the password in order to open the archived file. The password is pynnemulation

No I cannot, if I do, MediaFire will have access to the file and will remove it. Putting passwords on archive files containing ROMs/ISOs prevent file hosting sites from removing them.

It should download, if it's not it's an issue that could possibly deal with your internet browser. The password has nothing to do with downloading the file, it has to deal with opening the file.

Try without the apostrophes " and try typing it in manually (don't copy/paste it)

Why doesn't the link work on an R4???

It won't work if you have the original firmware that came with your R4, you will either have to use YSMenu loader or custom firmware WoodR4 because newer DS games have piracy protection on them.

Being that I'm terrible, once I put it in the folder and load up the rom, I get stuck on the start screen. Any time I try to do anything, I get sent back to the start screen. What am I doing wrong?
