I thought, I ^, Lina Inverse.
She reminds me of an overpowered DnD character.
Practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent.
Senjougahara Hitagi from Bakemonogatari. Biased at the moment as I've watched it too recently, but basically any woman of the "Kill you, rape the body" sort is amazing. Also, damaged goods. It feels a bit strange saying that, but it's so true.
My new fav Anime girl is Yin from Darker than Black,
Spoiler warning:
Oh yeah I know what you mean about Yin. Have you read any
of the good douji..uhh nvr mind yeah shes cool.
lol I hear that. I actually did come across a good one earlier today
about Darker than Black while browsing cus thats what an
Otaku does amirite?
I really liked Yin in it because it was one of the kind that has a story
and doesn't end up being you know "too" much.
well that and you gotta love the Quiet Emotionless type Anime Girls
I'm going to be old-fassioned on this and go with Supergirl. She's got all of Superman's powers AND she's more powerful.
^ Boobs. Also boobs.
Anime, huh? I'm going to second Faye Valentine. I've not seen many girls I care for in Anime, but her story is good enough to watch several times over. Wendee Lee, in a rare moment, actually provided a great voice for her, as well.
I like Orihime from Bleach honestly.

Misaki Ayuzawa of Kaichou wa Maid-Sama since she is a strong-willed individual.
Riza Hawkeye of Full Metal Alchemist - She's just so bad-ass.
