i need help finding a movie!

i been looking everywhere but i am getting things unrelated. ok, this child goes to a boarding school (or orphanage) and begins to make friends and such, they offer the kid some food they think is delicious. now here is the funny part, after they eat the food, late at night a bell sounds and all the kids get up as if hypnotized and go to a large pool filled with eggs? well it looks like eggs. later its revealed that the headmaster is really a reptilian.

it sounds familiar.. but honestly my guess is, I'm thinking was either an episode of "Are You Afraid of the Dark?", "Goosebumps", or possibly "Tales From the Crypt".

It had that distinctive late 80's, early 90's quality to it.

But don't take my word for it, I could be off. But it really does sound like one of those old TV show episodes.. possibly even Eerie Indiana?
