    Default Sly 2 Slow Motion!

I was using pcsx2 and downloaded the Sly 2 ISO from emuparadise. The game is in slow motion. Fps around 29. I have all default settings.
    Specs:
AMD Athlon x4 quad core 3.4 GHz
    GeForce gtx 750 ti
    16 gb of ram
    Windows 8.1 64 bit

Note: I don't want to buy new gear.
    All possible solutions please!

So what do you suggest for me? What's about the preset level

Ok this is getting so annoying! I have tried most ways to speedup, but nothing is happening! It is always slow motion. I need EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. My specs are fine:
AMD Athlon x4 quad core 3.4 GHz
    Geforce Gtx 750 ti
    16 gb RAM
    WIndows 8.1 x64

    PLease HElp

Also my CPu is a 750k. I forgot that

Play with the presets yourself they are outlined in the link I posted, trial and error on your end, I don't have your exact rig and don't emulate games I own anyway on my PS3 & Vita

I would go for the second one to start with though and see if that does the trick, because they are presets if something gets messed up you can always go back to the first preset that is default settings.

As for your specs being fine, if they are that fine then it would play 100% fine to start with, with all compatible games
