What is this I don't even... No, seriously, what is this? The most awesome tribute and parody and insanity all in one?
While CAVE keeps denying us the official PC ports on Steam, I found this via the STG newsfeed, which in turn redirected to a 2ch thread that had a downloadable trial/test version of this game. It's... it's impossible to describe.
There also seems to be another version, quite different from the one I retrieved. And now I cannot even find the links anymore so any help will be appreciated. I know there is an uploader where the betas are being hosted but I cannot for the life find it.

It doesn't get any better than that. It does seem they traced or redrew a lot of CAVE sprites or they remodelled them with custom touches (besides directly ripping half of them?)... They even mashed Tetra from Radiant Silvergun as the transport that deploys your ship, while using an arrange of Ketsui's Interception song and, well, the DDP chaining system and a charging-hyper thing that eats through bosses in milliseconds... It's insane! No, you don't get any cubes by point blanking, that's really confusing and, yes, you can TATE this game.
Oh, they are also looking for english collaborators so they can come up with a bilingual release.
The hitbox detection is terrible though. I'm not kidding, it's really frustrating. You have no dying sound, at least in this version but, what the hell, this is a fan tribute and all, you can't expect Crimzon Clover, right?
I really don't know what to think
