A simpler solution might be mounting the .MDS to a virtual drive in Daemon Tools Lite (Free for personal use) and/ or using DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 to burn it. (Google will help you find both.) These programs always do the job for me, anyhow.

EDIT: BTW, By "Google will help you find both", I mean Google the search engine, not Google the forum Admin.

That, or ImgBurn, or Alcohol 120%. Those are perfectly respectable programs that should be able to burn the .mds without any issues.
But confirming the CRC on the joined i00/i01 like I mentioned 2 posts ago would be prudent to do before spending more blank discs

Oh, and I don't mind providing DVD Decrypter should anyone want it Just PM me if my interweb lookalike can't provide it
