Yeah, demo is probably the only class that runs best without unlocks. Every other 'optimum' loadout has at least one unlock in it, with a few (Heavy, Medic) running completely off unlocks in a lot of situations.

Pity the Pyro though, the only class that gets completely skullfucked without his alternate weapons.
