Default Any way to play XBLA games on PC or original XBox?

So.... I don't own an XBox360, but I want to play games like Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. Any way to play it on PC or original XBox?

No. Unless you care to port it over yourself.

What a big heaping dose of lamesauce. Microsoft started labeling a lot of games, XBLA included, as "Windows Live" or something, so you'd think they'd start porting a lot of them to Windows already.

"Microsoft", "You'd think they would start doing things that make sense."

    No.

    Nice try though.

You'd think they would do something like that, would make sense. Unfortunately Microsoft has neglected their Windows platform in recent years and Windows Live has been a disappointing failure.

Hey! It had two games recently! F1 2010 and Dead Rising 2.

There have been a lot of games branded with Windows Live capabilities, but as far as XBox Live Arcade games go, I can't think of any worth mentioning that have been ported to PC or otherwise. There IS supposed to be an update or something in the dev kit that makes it easier to program the games for either platform, but who knows when they'll actually make use of that.
