The game's a prequel that has little to nothing to do with the comic.

If anything reading the comic first would take a bit of sting out of certain bits of the game.

Onimusha 2

Dropped this game way back because the tank controls were fucking bullshit. They still are, but I've grown a bit more used to them after some time with Silent Hill 2. Helps that Jubei will instantly cut the shit out of anything near him with a button press, although that makes juggling crowds a bit obnoxious at times. Bosses are also bullshit because it's nearly impossible to dodge those things while you're trying to see yourself within closed camera angles and turn around slowly at just the right angle to get away. Gifting system is surprisingly fun, though.

Probably a better choice than trying to have a hundred hobbies like me and then never spending any time on any of them because you can't decide what to do first.



I was in the middle of Resonance (published by Wadjet Eye) after having set it aside for months, then I switched my system from Linux to Windows (Linux is not dummy friendly, and I'm a dummy) and apparently the saves do not work when you change something-something-Dave-Gilbert-explained-on-his-forum (he said changing the EXE probably had something to do with it, but I'm not sure how exactly. see dummy note above).

Anyway, I had been enjoying it enough to finish it, but I haven't decided yet if I was enjoying it enough to restart it immediately. Might give it some time and come back to it later.

Mega Man Zero-I stopped the train but that SOB boss didn't give me a fire chip. What gives? Wasn't sure where to go next so I tried the Retrieve Data mission and poor Zero got run over right when I was about to kill Maha Ganeshariff. Oh well if at first you don't succeed try, try again.
