Yeah, I'll give you that much. When it comes to plot Monster Hunter is lacking "GO KILL THAT GIANT LAVA DUCK BECAUSE WHY NOT?", but I feel like the actual game play of Monster Hunter is better polished than that of God Eater.

On topic, I just started playing The 3rd Birthday, it's kinda far off from the original games, but I'm enjoying it.

Currently playing Infinite Space and Fallout: New Vegas. Finally got a credit card and thus am now able to order games in the UK. No Fallout without blood and violence for me, woohoo!

At present im playing Crysis 2 (On PC ) and the Special Edition remake of Monkey Island 2. Inbetween those, im playing my way through Heimdall 2 on the Amiga. Has anyone else out there still got the original press of this game? If so, read the utter cheese they spout in the opening gambit of the manual about giving yourself a pat on the back for buying a truly great game! Oh Core Design, how we miss you.....

Finished Okamiden the other day, and now I'm playing NSMB for the DS while I await my 3DS.

I think there's a demo on 360/PS3 (not on PC, though, lawl), you could also try that.
Thanks. I keep forgetting about demos, but sometimes they just don't capture the feel of the game. I remember reading a review of it on IGN or Gamespot or... something, and it sounded decent, but I wasn't entirely sure if I should bother picking it up. Maybe I'll have to check out the demo.

Been toying with playing some PSX games, now that I've hooked up my laptop to my TV. It's actually fun playing PSX games again, when they are on a real TV... in a fashion, anyways.

Played Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for about an hour, then played through the intro of Alundra just to get a feel for it. It's now... damn close to 3AM, and I should really attempt to get some sleep.

Currently playing Neverwinter Nights 2 Platinum. Bought it off Steam yesterday for £7.50. Bargain!
Had to turn down the graphics settings to get it to run smoothly though even though my laptop has enough power to handle it on max settings. Great game though.
