Bad Company 2 had such a linear campaign, the different settings and vehicle segments were cool but every level was just following a straight path and shooting anyone in your way.

Never played the 1st but doesn't it have an open world kinda thing going on?

De Blob 2, not a bad game but I don't really understand the story line and what not because I didn't play the first one. (If that makes any difference I don't really know.)
Radiant Historia, I haven't gotten very far in this game at all, but I think I'll like it.
Pokemon White, I kind of forgot I had it on my DS so I just started to play it again. I love it.

I am playing Titan Quest. Laying the smackdown on those pesky undead archers. Skeleton archers are annoying in ANY game in which they have appeared.

I've got to start up on a game that's actually beatable, and stop with all these fighting games.

    Hmm...

    *boots up RE4 Wii Edition*

    That'll do.

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (Sora no Kiseki FC). Mostly because Elin recommended it and she has awesome taste. Only 3-4 hours into it, though. Longest prologue ever or what?

Neat. Don't know how interesting it'll be to you if you don't understand much of the story, though. Or are you playing the PSP translation?

And it's just a long game full stop. :'D So's the first sequel. I clocked over fifty hours on each, and that was without dipping into any of the sidequests. Granted, a little of that is probably due to my comparatively slow reading speed in Japanese, but still...!

I know the game has lots of text with zero voice acting, so playing it in Japanese would be a bit too much, even for me.

In any case, I'm playing the English version. Not much has happened so far plot-wise, but I'm only at the end of the prologue, so yeah. I'm guessing things will become more complicated later. Estelle is totally my kind of heroine, though. So much <3.
