BoF: Dragon Quarter is one of my all-time favorite RPGs, and easily the best for the PS2.

Dude, you wanna hear some crap voice acting? Play Baten Kaitos on Gamecube. The voice acting _and_ writing sound awful, and it sound like they just used crappy equipment to record it with. Almost as if the actors had buckets over their heads as they were speaking.No no, what I said that I found Tidus to be an annoying sack of shit, it was due to his voice. Although, wouldn't Tidus fit into the 'super-cool' bit from your own description? He, did kind of think himself as the shit at times.
-Tales of the Abyss
-Wilds Arms 4
-Radiata Stories
I'm sure I'm forgetting one but, oh well.
All Suikoden, Wild ARMS, Final Fantasy (except XI, never played it, hate the idea of FF being an online experience, it never made sense to me). Also, anything by GUST, all MegaTen games, and if SRPG's count, anything by NISA (Disgaea, etc)
Shin Megami Tensei's, Suikoden III and V, and the Final Fantasies.. There are probably others more obscure that I can't think of atm.
@Darkseid, you're a part of ScrewAttack's community, aren't you?
