I don't see any ROM request guidelines anywhere, so if you could help me, I'd appreciate it. ;]

Leaks are rather uncommon, and a leak of an unknown game is even more so.

There is no way of telling whether or not a game will be leaked. This one isn't released in NA until tomorrow, but if you want it so badly it was worth a try I guess.
