In-game save error

hello,

im using a DSTWO card, and when playing games like megaman en boktai 2 (GBA games) you need a true save in-order to continue, but its not possible to save because i get a save failure

how to fix??

i've patched the roms and it works, but i got another problem:

when defeating the last boss you get the PET and you can save but if i save ( or not) i still end up in the dungeon where i last saved so i cant continue

any help???
