Default What Are the Best Plugins for my setup?

Well I'm not entirely sure this is the right section to post in, but it seemed like the right choice. I was just wondering what would be the best plugins and configuration for an equal amount of speed and nice graphics for ePSXe 1.7.0 and PCSX2 0.9.7.3876 on my current system.
    Here are my Specs:
    Laptop: Sony Vaio
    OS:Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Processer: AMD Athlon II P320 Dual-Core Processpr 2.10 GHz
    RAM: 4.00 GB (3.74 usable )
    Hardrive: 456 GB
Video Card: ATI Mobility HD 4200 Series

If more info is needed just tell me what it is and where I can locate said information.

    Help will be greatly appreciated

generally when emulating on laptops you dont get as much compatiability as a PC but that being said its possible you just have to keep an eye on how hot your laptop is getting, the plugins that i use for ePSXe and can get 60 fps on 90% of games are, for the video P.E.Op.S soft driver 1.18 (if your graphics card can support OpenGL then use that), for the sound P.E.Op.S DSound Audio Drive 1.9 and CD rom ethier P.E.Op.S CDR Driver 1.4 or SaPu's CD-ROM Plugin 1.3 all of these plugins work fine for me on ePSXe. As for PCSX im still learning with it so im not 100% on the best recommendations sorry

you probably won't have too much luck with ps2 emulation, maybe lower key games would work. Integrated graphics aren't usually the way to go with pcsx2 even though you have a decent laptop. epsxe won't be a problem at all, if you're going the ogl plugin route for epsxe use an older version like 1.71 instead of the ogl2 series.

If you still haven't realize, he meant for the PS2 emulator, not PS1.

To OP, like Zaladane has said, you won't be able to emulates much games, and may get some issues on PCSX2 with laptop, however if you insist, then I suggest you to follow this official guide where you can get some pointer on how to configure the emulator based on your laptop.

Make sure to download the full package, and use GSdx for your graphic plugin, etc.
