i installed halo 1 today for my pc. when i go to play it it says " A problem occured initializing DirectDraw. Hardware accelaration maybe disabled, please run DXDIAG." what shall i do?

Run dxdiag?
Start => Run => DXDIAG
Anyway, check your drivers are up to date, for your video card. And make sure you have DirectX 9.0C installed as well.

i tried it and it says it can't find any info about my video card it says n/a. and also it says directdraw not available even though i tested it and it does work.
