    Does anyone know how the netplay works cause my dad and his buddy want to play HotShots golf over the internetz and he wants to know how

    You have to get Cyberpad in order to play online, it's something I've never tried but both of them will have to have the same image game.

    For that, everyone uses epsxe 1.5.2 and cyberpad 1.3. Maybe people are just slow to update, but probably best to use those.

    Scroll down to the last two, you need the kaillera client too.
    kailleraclient.dll goes in the ePSXe folder and cpka.dll goes in ePSxe's plugins folder.
