To swap discs (at least with epsxe), open the emulator, file, change disc, and choose the disc you want to swap to.

Did you mean games with many discs or ISOs that are compressed in multiple files?

I dont quite understand the statement.
Anyway, When palying games like Legend of Dragoon you start from
Legend of dragoon disk 1 like;
"File > Run ISO >Legend of Dragoon Disk 1 > Open"
to change disk just
"File> Change disk> ISO> Legend of Dragoon Disk 2 > Open"

Note: you can't play the disk 2 if you didnt finish disk 1, the same goes apply to the disk 3 and 4.

he probly has the same problem i did long ago is it 1 disc wiht Multiple files? cause all you need for that is like 7zip or WinRar
