Default Wild Arms in fast forward?!

Hello everyone, I recently downloaded epsxe specifically to play Wild Arms. So I use your epsxe setup guide and download all the plugins, bios and I configure the epsxe. I download Wild Arms from here and try to run the iso and it starts, but everything is 4 times as fast! I really want to play this game, it brings back great memories. Please help..

Ah, I tried it on the pete's open gl and it didn't work so I switched video plugins and it worked on that. Thank you both!
