does any one know where i can DL some Memory Card files for my PSX emulator i think its the PSXfin or what ever it doesnt need any Plugins

With data for a particular game?

If not, you can make some by using the emulator itself.

ok HOW do i make Memory Card files?

From the included Read Me file:

Memory cards
------------

This tab configures the memory cards inserted into the Playstations
slots. To create a memory card click ..., navigate to where you want
the file to be saved, and enter a filename (eg. "mycard").

hmmm ok so can you explain that since i cant understand too well sry if i sound dumb

0. Open the emu.
1. click File
2. click config
3. click the Memory Cards tab
4. click the [...] button
5. input a name like Memcard 1
6. click open
7. click Apply at the bottom right, then Ok.

That should do it.
