What exactly do you mean won't unzip? Does it give you an error message? If so, we need to know what that message says.
Well, if the message you're talking about is an error. It happens alot to me and I can do it by as follows:
1- I let it continue uzipping even with the errors. While it's uzipping or unrarring, I open the ISO,IMG,or BIN file in order not to be deleted after the process finishes. Then I use the image normally without errors in playing. Anyway, it won't happen if you get a lot of errors.
2- try unzipping the file in another computer. It may work.
That's the least I can do, hope it's helpful.
The Fear of Blood Tends To Create Fear For The Flesh.
I don't know if Stuffit Expander can unrar split rar files.
So, just use WinRar or maybe something else...I don't really know much about Macs, sorry.
The error says: An error has attempting to expand 'Final Fantasy 7 [CD1][NTSC-U].part 02.rar'. Format error.
Error #17540
Stuffit expander does do rars and has done it before but I shall try winrar.
Hmmmmm... Winrar does not work on my laptop for some weird reason. I'll use my PC to unzip them then transfer them back.

Is only part 1 needed to be unziped, because once I forget a file and it asked for another part. Do they all combine in one? If so then it must work. The part 1 file is the only one you need, or any more?

You only need to extract from part 1 (assuming you have all parts downloaded and in the same folder), the rest will automatically unzip and combine to form the full game.
Okay, I think I got it then. One more question, do you need to burn them on to a disc to play them or can you just play them off of the computer?
You can just play them off of the computer.
Hmmm... I need another emulator then... Only plays cds. Thanks for the help guys.
Download ePSXe
Is that compatible with mac os x? If not, can I just burn the folder to a cd then will it be able to play like an ordinary psx cd? Do I only need the .img file to burn or the whole folder? I'm such a emulator noob, lol.
Hello?

don't double post.
anyway, you'll need software that will BURN the .img into the CD.
you don't burn the folder to a CD, won't work.
