Hello, my name is...whatever you feel like calling me at the time, and I've been an emulation addict since I learned of it's existence, which I guess would have been '99 or so? I don't know, I remember downloading SNES games on dial-up, but after they stopped charging per minute...
Anyway, I'm new here, but not new to forums, so being a prickly little noob pissing everyone off with my ignorance of the typical rules dominating "today's" forums proooobably won't happen. No guarantees, but what in life is?
Yes, up to this point, I had been a ROM vagabond, grabbing whatever I could get where ever I could get it. BUT NO MORE! Now, I will have a structured and if not easy, at least accessable area to nurture my need for games that.... well, they just don't make anymore.
I suppose it was the download of the Playstation emulator that prompted this. I already know that playing anything is better with frameskip and save states, so I wonder, really, what took me so long. If my computer can play my Final fantasy VII disks, when I had believed it never possible again, then anything can happen. Now if only I could find Bust-A-Groove....
