I wanna make use one of my moving gif files on my pc,how can i do that?When i choosethe file as a screensaver,animation doesn't run.Why?

I think you mean desktop?

Only XP can use animation on the desktop background.

no not wallpaper,i mean screensaver

Try putting the gif in it's own folder, setting the screensaver as a picture/slideshow and point it to the directory the gif is located in.
