Problems with Silent Hill ISO/game/thing...
Hi all, I'm a newb.
Yay me.
I'm especially a newb to all this emulation stuff.
Yay me again.
I just downloaded Silent Hill for the PSX emulator, then I set up the emulator, (holy mother of Darwin, that took a long time) then I started to get into the game, then WHAM, the game's running, like, really fast. There's no voices or music in the intro sequence, and all I hear while the game is playing is footsteps.
So...Could anyone help me?

A vital bit, in fact.
Video config window, enable FPS limit and set it to 60 for NTSC games or 50 for PAL. You can also use the auto-detect option.

But the sound is still gone...Is there any way to fix that?

Sound config window, enable all the options you see, like SPU IRQ and such.
If that doesn't do it, then you'll have to mount the game using Alcohol 52% or Deamon Tools 3.47. I don't remember if this one needs it, so we'll see.
Also, did you download a ripped version? How big was the archive you got?
