Also, is it possible to play Mega Drive/Genesis roms on the DS, what about SNES roms too

This is a flash card for the NDS to play NDS roms and NDS homebrew. I cannot run anything else. Talk of GBA emulation has been seen and there is an SNES emulator in development but it still has some bugs to work out.

As far as Genesis roms I believe the homebrew app DSOrganize has a built-in Genesis emulator.

You'll need a GBA flash cart to run GBA games. That'll only do DS ROMS, and homebrew. There's probably a few emulators for older systems.
