FCEultra nes emulator

I've been trying to download the nes emulator FCEultra ( http://www.emuparadise.org/cgi-bin/d...fceu081win.zip ) for about 7 hours using internet explorer. Every time I try, I get the cannot display page error.

You can also get a binary for a FCE Ultra hack where video recording and playback was added:

Also there's another hack, where support for more more mappers (and thus a few more games) were added:
