i dont know anything about PS2 emulators and im asking for some help. Is there a working PS2 emulator? are there working roms and how many and also where to download? Easy to install? any kind of help would be nice

PCSX2 is the only working PS2 emulator being develoeped right now (at least the only one worth mentioning anyway) but unless you have a very powerful computer the games will run extremely slow. As with any console emulated that runs from CDs or DVDs this emulator will allow you to use actual PS2 discs to run so if you have any PS2 games there is no need to download them. Just stick them in your disc drive, set the emulator to read from that drive and play (assuming that game will work in the emulator in the first place that is).

Too bad you don't need to download the roms/bios. Just put a PS2 disc in your disc drive, set the emulator to read from that drive and play

The best PS2 emulator so far is PCSX2. It does require a strong PC however, so make sure your processor and video card are fast enough. Not all games are even compatible yet and many aren't very playable. To check compatability go here: http://www.pcsx2.net/compat.php?c=key

As for getting games you can go to emuparadise's BTtracker. You will probably also need the BIOS for the PS2 which you can get here.
